These are Factagora’s terms of use, and they apply to all users of the Factagora platform. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to Factagora Inc. and our subsidiaries. “Factagora” refers to this platform and the services offered by us. By using Factagora you agree to these terms and to the other policies we post. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions. For information about our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy. We can collect and use your information in accordance with those policies.
If you’re agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that organization or entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” and “your” throughout this document refer to that organization or entity).
We may change these clause to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as Act on the regulation of terms and conditions, Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Networks Utilization and Information Protection etc., and in case of change of clause, after deciding the effective(enforcement)date & contents, and shall notify at least 7 days before the effective date (or 30 days if the change is disadvantageous or important to the user), and the existing user shall be informed of the changed terms for a considerable period of time with an explanation of what is being changed and the reason by e-mail or text message. The modified terms will be effective as of the effective date of disclosure or notice.
You have the right not to agree to the changed clause, and if you do not specify his/her intention to refuse the changed terms within 10 days from the effective date (30 days if it is a disadvantageous or significant change to the user), you are deemed to have agreed to the change.
In the event of any conflict between clauses stipulated in this agreement and the Individual Service Terms the provisions of the Individual Service Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
You may be required to sign up for an account and select a password. You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information about yourself.
You agree that you will only use Factagora for your own personal or organizational use, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.
You may not select as your Factagora account name a name that you don’t have the right to use, or another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. Factagora reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel a Factagora account name at its discretion.
